new users not being created

I am sorry if it sounds that I’m repeating the same thing.
Does the issue occur with two fresh installs of WordPress, a default theme, and officially supported plugins?

Hi Alex what do you mean by officially supported plugins ? where would i find what plugins are officially supported

Maybe you can see something there straight away but the meantime ill do a fresh instal and see what happens with default theme and report back
