New Users Can't Log In and Receive Error that Password is Incorrect

  • For the last few weeks none of my new users can log in after creating accounts. They are receiving an error stating that their passwords are incorrect. I have had them delete cookies, I tried logging in for them and even deleted the new user and created a new account for them and receive the same error when I attempt this. Any idea why this is now occurring and how to fix this?

  • I am having the same problem, after a new user registers and tries to login with the password they just created, they get this error message:

    ERROR: Your Password was Incorrect

    Can anyone please assist here?

    Since waiting on a reply I have also enabled additional settings to block robots from joining and now there is another issue preventing users from signing up.

    I have manually entered a user with all required fields and just keep receiving this error, “ERROR: This site prevents robots from registering and you don’t appear to be human. If you’re a real person, please contact the administrator of this site.”

    Why are all these errors coming out of nowhere and blocking users from registering. This forum use to work properly. What is the point of using this forum if no one can use even sign up for it?
