New Users are getting notifications

  • I have the box unchecked after importing a .csv but the new users get an email when I generate them a username. Leaving unchecked means they should not get an email right?

    Also the Mail Options tab is set to “Deactivate…”

    You are doing well, so any other plugin or the theme is activating this action. From here we don’t know which is the responsible.

    In order to fix it, we would need to get access and it would be premium support.

    You are correct. I am using ultimate member and there is also a setting in there that was not adjusted. Thank you
