    Hello,

I might be just stupid, but I didn’t find any documentation for this plugin, so I’m trying to find some help here.

I use this plugin on my website and I need two things which are not working with this plugin, but work after deactivating the plugin:

    1. Create new admin
It does work to create new user but this user cannot login like the account doesn’t exist. How to set the plugin to prevent this?

    2. Upload file
Sometimes I need to upload different type of file than picture and this doesn’t work. My question is again how to set up the plugin to allow uploading all types of files which WP usually allows?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi

    For 1,
Is this when creating a standard WP user e.g Editor, Admin etc?, is this for all roles or just for certain types e.g. admin users.
Are you using any other plugins for your user management

For2 – What are you trying to upload and where?

    Hello,

    thank you for you response.

    1. We have no user management plugin and it’s about standard admin users. I’m not sure if it’s for all roles, but I tried admin users and even though I can see them in admin, when I try to log in with these new credentials, it doesn’t work.

    2. We are uploading PDF files (not big) in Media section of admin of website.

@morbidcuriosity I have just tried to replicate the issue but I couldn’t replicate the issue. Can you please tell me which All In One Security settings you have enabled? so, I can test with them.
    Thanks!

    Hi @creativemarsh,

To debug the issue, Can you please email me more information to [email protected]?

Go to Admin Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Navigate to Info tab and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” and paste the info to the email body.

Please do not forget to add this support thread link in the email body.

    Thanks!

@morbidcuriosity [cc: @vupdraft] To increase the upload limit, please go to Admin Dashboard > WP Security > “Basic Firewall Rules” tabs > “Basic Firewall Settings” section and change the value of the input field labeled as “Max File Upload Size (MB)” in place pf 10.

    Thank You!
