New User/Registratioon

    I have just recently updated 2 of my sites to 4.3.1 and on the test site, with the recent update, my new sign-up/registration IS NOT receiving a link to password reset or anything. I receive a new user ADMIN email but the user does not. To add-on, my theme confirmations is set correctly. I am still using 4.2.4 on my other site WITH NO issues.
