Creating new user uses default template

    When I add a new customer/user from the WordPress admin panel > users > new, and check the box that makes it send an automatic email to the new user, the user will get the default WordPress email. This email just contains their username and a link to set their password without any other content and styling.

    Is it possible to use the ‘new customer’ email template when creating a user from the WordPress admin panel? Or am I doing something wrong

  • Hey,
    It’s not possible, woocommerce takes over when you create the user from the woocommerce registration (my account page or checkout). It’s only when woocommerce is sending an email that this plugin would have an effect.
