New User Registration/Password Problem

Hi S2M,
I have been using S2M for a long time with no issues. Recently a serious problem has developed with New User/Member Registrations which is causing great concern.

Settings:
I ‘allow’ Open Registration level #0.
I ‘customise’ New User Email Configuration
I DO NOT ALLOW custom passwords to be set during registration, however, recently my new users/members are receiving a message which contradicts the settings, such as this:Your Username/Password for:
The James Allen InstituteUsername: zs
To set your password, visit: https://roadmap.jamesalleninstitute.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=OWs8W1P9PPy8E3j7DhCF&login=zshttps://roadmap.jamesalleninstitute.org/wp-login.php
…instead of how it always was and should be according to the settings such as this:
