New User Registration-User not working

    Hello

    I have set up New User Registration-User with default content but when I test to register the email I get has content something else.

    Default content

    Subject: global_site_title Your username and password info
    Email body: Username: [user_login]
    To set your password, visit the following address: [password_url]

    The Content I get upon registration(on email)

    Subject: Welcome to [site_title]
    Email body: Hi [username, You registered successfully on {sitename] site This email has been sent to [useremail] Regards, All at [site_title]
    i have no other plugin ten this so need help to fix this

    Hi @csedultd,
    Thanks for your message.

    If I understand correctly, the notification you’ve created in BNFW isn’t being sent but another one is instead.
    Is that correct?
