New user registration email not being sent

    Running 2.2.12 and WP 4.4.2

    When adding a new user, registration email goes to admin but not to new user (subscriber). Both custom registration messages have been filled in on Settings tab with different texts.

    Having added user and sending to all subscribers in Send Email tab results in email being received by subscriber.

    Any ideas what could be wrong?

    You sorted this? Ive found the support on this plugin to be almost non-existant, had a formatting issue for months and still not got an answer.

    But i’m having this problem now too.

    Not resolved in plugin. I have resorted to using another one that does bulk new user creation from a csv file. This also generates email to the new subscriber. Unfortunately in plain text but better than nothing.
