NEW USER REGISTERED EMAIL not send anymore

Since last 1 or 2 weeks the mails defined in “NEW USER REGISTERED EMAIL” are not send anymore.
All mails are send to the “new registered user” but the administrators does not get a notification anymore a new user has registered.
As far as we know nothing is changed and 2 weeks ago everything worked fine.If we send a test message to the defined email address using the “SEND A TEST EMAIL” the test is recieved.
What is going wrong ?
