New user password link is not working when enabling “Hide Backend”

The password link which user received in the email is not working because there are 2 question signs in the link.
This is what user received:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?itsec-hb-token=your-custom-login?action=rp&key=xxxxxxxxxxx&login=usernameIt should be:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?itsec-hb-token=your-custom-login&action=rp&key=xxxxxxxxxxx&login=username
