New user not seeing description/secret settings?

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    When I log in as the other admin level user, it says that the authenticator code is incorrect/expired and tries to default to the admin user login.
    How can I get in to the other user so that I can see that the authenticator profile I set up under Admin is entered correctly?

    You must be mixing up some username/password details I guess
    Perhaps you should try recovering the passwords for the accounts
