New User is flagged as deleted

Hi Mailpoet Team,
I’m using a third party automation plugin called “thrive automator” with mailpoet. I configured an automation, that sends a new wordpress user to mailpoets mailing list.
The issue is, that the user is not shown in the user list, but the user gets an activation mail. I checked the database, where I can see the user. But I can see, that the user is marked as deleted.
I don’t know if this is coming from thrive or of mailpoet itself. Could you help me?
