New user, how do I do the following things

    Hello:

    I am a brand new user for Nextgen, and I am having difficulty finding out how to do the following things:

    1. How do I add caption text (like the title) underneath the thumbnails, especially for the Gallery thumbnails?

    2. The gallery thumbnails have a weird border and are very small. You can see what I am talking about here: https://www.psychedeliczen.com/wp How do I make the gallery thumbnails larger and without the weird border? Also I want to put text underneath each one (a title) so that people know what gallery name they are clicking on.

    @psychedeliczen – Adding text beneath thumbnails in the Basic Thumbnails display would be accomplished via a template. If you are wanting to use the image description then the “captions” template will accommodate that. If you are wanting to use the image name (title?) then you will need to create a custom template (I would suggest using the captions template as a basis).

    As to the image “border” there are several elements that are defining that both in NextGEN Gallery styles as well as your theme’s styles. Can you be more specific in what you would like to address? With those details we may be able to offer some suggestions.
