    We have enabled New user registration for user but the user is not receiving notification when he register in our woocommerce shop.

    (Only when he create account upon checkout he receives mail)

    Thanks for your message.

    This is a known issue with WooCommerce and their own implementation of the user registration process. Details on this page: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/known-compatibility-issues/

    In a nutshell:

    WooCommerce recently changed how they manage user registrations in the checkout process and as such, BNFW is now unable to override them since around August 2018. If and when a solution is found, i’ll update the BNFW to address this. Further support and features for using WooCommerce with BNFW will be coming in the future in the form of a premium add-on.
