New User fields in the User Registration page, Custom Login

  • Hi admin,

    I am currently using Theme-My-Login plugin to have a registration page that aligns with my theme. It currently has Username, Email & Password. How do I add other fields like Firstname, Lastname, Website, Nickname that are present in the User profile of the admin dashboad. Also, I need to add a text area which states the Terms & Conditions, and also a Captcha for registration. Please guide me in these aspects.

    I also have a drop down Javascript form with 2 fields, Username,password and a Remember Me checkbox, How do I make this form a login form for a wordpress user?
