New User email NOT WORK

  • I have a problem with sending email to a new user that was created by the administrator.
    New users never receive the email confirming the registration, which contains the password set by the administrator.
    Obviously I ticked the “Send this password to the new user by email.” on the create a new user page.
    Also I did not install other plug-ins that act in some way on wordpress sending email.
    N.B. When a new user registers alone in page wp-login.php?action=register the process of
    1.creating users,
    2.user verification and
    3.sending the email after approval works perfectly.
    Can anyone help me to correct this error?

    Nobody can help me? I also tried to examine the file register-plus-redux.php, send_welcome_user_mail function, but I can’t figure out where’s the problem.
    Of course, if I disable the plugin emails are sent to new users.
    Please let somebody help me ..

    Did you figure this out? I’m having the same issue.
