new user email

  • how do I get WordPress to send a new user login email to users that are imported directly into the WordPress database. I am using a migration tool – not the csv import plugin. Thank you.

  • Have you thought about doing this manually? You could set up one stock email then BCC your group with your custom message?

    Thank you for the quick response. Yes, I have thought about doing this manually, but I’m stuck on how to get the correct links in the messages. For example, I need each email to include that users user name (which will be their email address), a link to reset their password, and a link to the site URL. Is that something I can do? Thank you, again. Really appreciate your time.
