New user doesn't appear in Member's Directory after last update

I updated UM today.
Yesterday I added more than 45 new users and everything went (almost) fine.
The only problem I had was that in the confirmation email, the {password} didn’t show up to the recipient.I thought it’s a minor issue.
Today, after the update, I added one more user.
Now, the new user doesn’t appear in the Member’s Directory.
Also, several users from yesterday’s additions complained to me that they couldn’t login with their password.
I had set a generic password for them, so I know it was typed correctly.
They were telling me the truth because, when I tried logging in with their password, the website didn’t recognise the account. I then had to revisit all profiles and create new passwords for 45 users.That’s done. The problem I now have is that the one user I added today, won’t show in the directory, even with a default role assigned to it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
