• Hi

So i recently had an issue with the site not sending any emails which i have now fixed using sendgrid and wp mail smtp plugin.

Now when i sign up as a new user, the confirmation email is received and this is what it says:
Username: testinggggg To set your password, visit the following address: https://www.perthtrueblues.co.uk/wp-login.php

so, as you can see, it’s only going to the login page. how do users set their password?!

when i click ‘lost password’ this is the email received:
Someone has requested a password reset for the following account: Site Name: PTB Username: testinggggg If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

    no address is given!

    what have i done?!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Do you have any plugins that might interfere with the WordPress login process?

    nope…

i’ve deleted sendgrid and using something else. works perfectly fine with everything on the site, all the plugins. so no, not a plugin issue.

pity sendgrid couldn’t reply, that’s how they lose paying customers. oh well!
