WPERP doesn’t have any official integration with the plugin you mentioned. So, not sure about that.

However, an HR Manager can delete/add the leave requests. You can allow a user as HR Manager to provide access on the leave management.

Or how I control the view tabs menu for a spesific user

WPERP doesn’t offer any custom role or custom access. All are the roles based only.
