    Hi,

    I am not receiving approval mails as an admin after an update, can someone please help me out were to look at?

    Everyone can register is on.

    Can you please let us know on after what update you are not receiving emails (WordPress, Theme, or Plugin) because our last update was released 2 months ago.

    Hi,

    I think it happened after updating WP, but not sure…
    One of our customers that registered at our website notified us by phone that he did not received an email confirmation after more then a week.

    We tested this and find out that a notification email is not send to the admin emailaddress which the plugin “New User Approval” normally does.

    Please make sure that the emails are not going to spam also please share the list of installed plugins on your site it could be that some plugin is conflicting with our plugins emails.
