New User Accounts

    I can’t seem to effectively set up new user accounts. I have created new accounts in the adminstrative menu, tried creating an account as a new user, and tried retrieving an account that I created but doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong? Has anyone else had trouble creating new users? Feel free to try for yourself at my site: https://www.oscarfrenzy.com.
