    Hi, I installed activated and connected the plugin to CloudFlare R2
    Connection is established, Bulk upload was working

    Thumbnail and images not shown in the Media Library
    Offload Status: Offloaded to Cloudflare R2 (Bucket: eshop-media) on January 26, 2025 7:02 am

    I checked the CloudFlare R2 bucket, uploaded images are there available and accessible by using the correct API URL which I have filled in wp-config.php
    define(‘ADVMO_CLOUDFLARE_R2_ENDPOINT’, ‘https://ae46c8deb…..3d6b84b81e159666f2.r2.cloudflarestorage.com’);

    The .htaccess URL rewriting not works, I didn’t see any new entry in .htaccess after using this plugin

    How to solve the problem?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Please check the ADVMO_CLOUDFLARE_R2_DOMAIN in your wp-config.php. It should be the full URL of the custom domain connected to your Cloudflare R2 (or the public URL of your bucket).

    For detailed steps, review this guide: Offload WordPress Media Files to Cloudflare R2.

    Thanks,
    I used the wrong URL. It works now as it should.
    But still, a problem is that the thumbnails are not showing in wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product

    I cleared the cache, but this didn’t help

    Hi @inthanet

    Do you have a staging environment where we can investigate the issue further? If not, could you share more details about your setup and the plugins you’re using?

    Hi @inthanet

    I ran additional tests on the WooCommerce products list page (the URL you mentioned) and all thumbnails appear correctly. Could you share more details and perhaps a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing? This would help me pinpoint what might be happening in your specific environment. us and we will review the issue and debug it for you at no charge.
