New Upgrade Not Working

    Hey,

    I upgraded to your new app on wordpress, entered my Pixel code and pressed save as directed. I then uploaded the google facebook helper browser plug in to check if it was working.
    Unfortunately, there was no Pixel indication on any of my pages and Facebook activity ceased to commence. I then downgraded to the old version & everything started working again and the chrome plugin showed Pixels on all pages. I’ve upgraded and downgraded several times with the same results, so its pretty conclusive.

    Am i missing an important step here? I thought that the initial page setup would work instantly? that doesn’t seem to be the case. Am i meant to create events before anything will happen?

    Hello there,

    First be sure to turn your adblocker off when testing the new pixel. Also make sure that you have not disabled tracking for your user role in the Exclude Users area.

    Then check again with the Chrome Pixel Helper extension.
