• Hello,
I update wordpress (now 4.5.2) and update evolve (3.6.2) and update redux frameworks (now 3.6.0.2).
I have some errors after the update:

    1. Some settings are overwritten.
    2. The slider not works.
    3. The mobile menue is always visible into the desktop menue, the menue has some errors.
    4. Search window is reduced.
    5. Content box buttons suddenly see different, other colours, frames….
I have no cache plugin. I have wordfence plugin.
Can someone help me? Bevore the update everything worked.
    After update everything stops working.
Are the mistakes by the theme 3.6.2?
Will there soon be a new update for evolve?
    Thank you and best wishes!

    Hello,

I downgrade evolve and redux frameworks
(now redux framework 3.5.8.1 and evolve older version 3.4.4)

Now all problems are fixed and resolved.

Do you have the same problems with the new version of evolve 3.6.2.???

    What do you think?

    Best wishes!

    Hi,

There is no issue with using Evolve 3.6.2 with WordPress 4.5.2 and reduxframework 3.6.0.2

It has to be one of your plugins not working properly with either one of the above mentioned software.

    You can see my screen-cast.
My test site is running properly.

    Thank you

    Hi Guys,
I am having the issue with the mobile icon showing in desktop view, mine is dark on a light background, unlike your example. It does push the search below the nav line, which won’t work for me. Guess I may have to downgrade. fyi, the icon is showing as a “dd-selected” class. For me, I thought it probably was because I did customize the header file in my child theme, and I guess there are two to choose from with the newer version. To troubleshoot: I renamed the custom header file on my dev server so it would load the stock evolve header, and the carousel disappeared. The menu looks better, the phone icon remains hidden, but the white indicator doesn’t really work on a lighter bar, and I need the carousel, which is the main focal part of the site. I think I will have to go back to the older version for now.

fyi, I am using the bootstrap slider for the carousel, and see the issue without any other customizations of the slider disappearing when I use the stock header file, so I think that the slider disappearing may be tied to that file. I do see it in your screencast, so not sure what’s up with that. Minimal plugins that were working fine on the version I upgraded from. This theme has always been harder for me to upgrade than others.

    Hi @zignorp,

Looks like you have modified templates in your child theme.
You should re-do your customization using templates from current theme.

The theme author may have made quite a few changes, which is why it’s not working with your child theme’s custom templates.

    Thank you

Yes, but what I’m saying is that even without the files I modified, I still have some problems just with the customizations I had through the interface. I tested both ways, details are above. (If I don’t load the templates I modified, it uses the templates on the parent theme) I will look into it more when I have time, but I was still having functionality problems after I disabled modified templates and plugins. That’s always the first thing I do, but it’s different from loading the theme from scratch with no previous customizr information.

    Hi

Go to Theme Options -> Header -> Slider position
    Set it to below.

If, I set it to above, it gone from the homepage…
    Maybe, this is the issue.
