New Update to 2.0.0

Same experience here. Not as able to revert due to recent site additions/edits since the last full site backup. Graphina Support: Please advise, or issue a patch?

It appears that Graphina is only compatible up to WP 6.6.0.

WP 6.6.1 came out about 10 days ago and my hosting service auto-upgraded me.

So, I downgraded WP back to 6.6.0 and Graphina 2.0.0 seems to work. However, when I activate my paid Graphina Pro plug-in, I get this:

Also, the failed activation of Graphina Pro deactivated Graphina.

We have tested Graphina Lite version 2.0.0 with the latest WordPress version 6.6.1, and it works as expected. Could you please provide any error screenshots or error logs (found in debug.log if debugging is enabled)? This information will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Additionally, please ensure that the server PHP version is 8.0.0 or higher.

With the release of Graphina Lite version 2.0.0, we have addressed a major security issue and updated some of our core functions and logic. Therefore, we strongly recommend that if you are using Graphina Lite version 2.0.0 or any future versions, you also update the Graphina Pro plugin to the corresponding supported version.

Could you please update the Graphina Pro plugin to version 2.0.0? You can find the latest version on ThemeForest at this link.

If the issue persists, please generate a support ticket from IQONIC Support so we can resolve it for you.

We also recommend disabling automatic updates for plugins, themes, and the WordPress version to prevent future issues.

Similar issue here. Had two websites have their backend and a few pages down for critical errors. Had to delete the plugin to make them accessible again.

Until yesterday, the latest Graphina Pro was 1.4.6. It looks like someone updated it last night.

Also the link you provided was https://themeforest.net/downloads but that’s not correct. I found it here: https://codecanyon.net/item/graphinapro-elementor-dynamic-charts-datatable/28654061

Also, the ZIP file containing the new Pro version refuses to install. I was able to manually extract and install it (and it does work), but you really ought to fix the packaging or people are not going to be able to install it

Regarding your concern about the Graphina plugin not activating, this issue occurs because the versions of the Graphina Lite and Pro plugins are not the same. Please update the Graphina Pro plugin to the latest version, 2.0.0.

We also want to inform you that the update publication for Graphina Pro was delayed due to the review process. However, it was successfully published on August 5, 2024. Kindly update it.

Additionally, please note that the latest version of Graphina requires PHP version 8.0 or higher.
