After the quick fix that broke the whole site, there is a new problem.

You cannot go into the settings as it goes into an infinite loop and crashes.

So I installed the new version but had to deactivate it again as it still does not work.

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the plugin.

Do you get any error message?

Could you please tell me which version of PHP you are using on your website and if possible please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    hello,
my website was broken and i desactivated this plugin.

    Hello !

Since WordPress 5.2, a native feature allows you to detect if an extension or a theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automatic email.

Here, WordPress has found an error with one of your extensions, "Ivory Search".

First, visit your site (https://shop.mecalex-motos14.fr/) to see if there are any visible problems. Next, visit the page where the error was found () and check for visible problems.

Please contact your web host for assistance in resolving this issue.

If your site appears to be broken or you cannot access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a "recovery mode". This allows you to safely log into your dashboard to investigate the source of the problem.

Thank you all of you for sharing the details about the issue.

I could not reproduce the issue on my website but one of the plugin users helped me by providing his website admin access and I found out this “Too many page redirects” issue only occurs when there is only one search form created in the Ivory Search plugin settings.

I troubleshot and fixed the issue in the latest plugin version 4.8

Please update the plugin to the latest version or delete the existing plugin on your website if you are already using the latest plugin version and reinstall it to resolve the issue.
