New update not working for me

OK Should have read the homepage, I have now downgraded back to 1.4.6.

My issue is I have 488 pages using the previous short code each page uses the code around 5 – 6 times. Is there any suggestion with regards to upgrading as deleting the code is not an option?

So if we wanted to upgrade the plugin we would need to upgrade the plugin then manually change 2,500+ short-codes to the new format?
