new update issue

  • I just updated the plug-in, and my site stopped reading my front page, and was instead loading a roll of all posts, including events. Once I deactivated the plug-in, the site went back to normal. Unfortunately, the events plug-in became an integral part to our site. I’d hate to have to replace it.

    I’m going to reactivate the plug-in so that anyone reading this can see this issue.

  • In the new version of Events there is a setting to have the ‘events’ included in the list of all posts. Having this enabled also causes a bug that makes your static homepage disappear.

    Uncheck the setting in the plugin:
    Include events in main blog loop
