problem in image preview, formatting

i have updated to v5.1.
in the new panel it is difficult to set blocks all the time and i have to find all formatting tool one by one. in the old version all the options are in front of my eyes and so easy to use.

2nd thing when i insert image of 500×300
it appears very small in the preview.
how to solve this, can i go to the older version
