New update for saving issue not responsive

    Hello,

    I came to this forum as I too am unable to create new slide boxes or save changes to existing ones.

    I bought the responsive pack from the plugin site however the new update is the free version without the responsive <div> option. I have now reinstalled my paid version to my wordpress site but then I am unable to save.

    Aside from this I did try the new free version and am still unable to save.

    you need to use the responsive pack if you update form WP it will overrite the resposive pack thus you will end up with non responsive boxes. I sent all the paid users an update via email, if you did not received contact me via the main contact form:

    add your transaction ID and I will send you the update.

    Hi, not sure where is the best place to contact you. Will try over here….
    Bought the responsive pack, I did send you id transaction via main contact, but so far you haven’t send me an update via email how to fix the plugin.
