    Looking into this right away…

Are you able to give me any other information? The latest update was tested on multiple configurations without a problem.

Are you using any customisations in your functions.php file, or using any of the Site Reviews filter hooks or helper functions?

Do you have easy access to your PHP logfile?

Let me know if there is anything else that might help me solve it, I will run some more tests meanwhile.

    – nothing added to functions.php
    – no site-review hooks
    – trying to get access to the logfile

Would you be able to email me the System Info file for Site Reviews to site-reviews[at]geminilabs.io? You can find it in the “Get Help” submenu of Site Reviews. (I’m hoping you were able to downgrade to v2.8.4). I still have not been able to track down what could have caused it, but that may shed some light on it.

The error log file is the one if possible.

    • Are you having problems with the CSS style loading or with the actual plugin causing an error on your website? If an error, are you able to tell me what the error said?
    • Did you update any other plugins at the same time as you updated Site Reviews that could possibly be causing your problem?

its all fine. your plugin is working perfectly.
I really don’t know what caused the problem.
I made a fresh install with a new theme and everything works fine now!

Maybe it was caused by a caching plugin?

    Anyway, I’m happy it’s sorted!
