New Update Breaks Customizer Responsive Buttons

In the changelog it says it was fixed, but upgrading from previous version makes those responsive buttons in the customizer not work at all, a bunch of errors come up in developer console…
- Fix: Global – Resolved an issue in which the Customizer responsive buttons would not work as intended.
