new update and standard compact player

    Hi, I just upgraded from version 1.18.1 to 1.19.2 and tried the html5 player but decided I wanted the standard compact player back. I selected the option and now I don’t see options for download, file size, open in new window. I really like those options.

    Update: I reverted back to 1.18.1 and all works and download file and play in new window are back. One other thing to note. When I switched to the new version, my icons changed in my widgets but upon switching back to version 1.18.1 they now work again. Not sure what that means…maybe you do.

    Thanks for the message and the update. Yes we are in the process of adding back the podcast meta data for the compact player based on your and others input from our most recent update. This will restore the look/feel of the previous versions (i.e. v1.18.1) for the compact player, and give you the option of the Full player with cover image should you decide to go that route.

    We’re hoping to get this update out as soon as early next week, which will also address the icon conflicts. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We just released an updated version of the plugin which fixes the bug in the classic player.

    Please update to version 1.19.3 of the plugin and all your episode meta data should now be back.
