• The new update 2.0.1 has absolutely destroyed the plugin’s ease of use. We had three size charts working flawlessly all this time, and now with the new update, everything has gone haywire!!! Why introduce new stuff that break everything? It’s harder now to create size charts by prompting to use Customize. Just revert it back to how simple it was.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the new update.

We understand that changes can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve had a system that was working smoothly for you. From version 2.0.0, we aimed to introduce features that would improve the overall functionality and flexibility of the plugin moving forward, though we recognize it may take some time to adjust to the new workflow.

We’d love to help you get the most out of the new version. Could you please share more details on the specific issues you’re facing with your size charts? Our team can guide you step-by-step to ensure everything is set up correctly and operating as smoothly as before.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve the plugin for long-term benefits.

    Best regards.

The issue is that from being a simple product size plugin, it has turned into a nightmare. People keep compaining on the support forum about the issues. Why not revert to the simple yet effective plugin it was? And if not, why not outline the new changes and how to actually use them?
