New Trial in my billing – it is the default even though I have paid for one year

Ok, I paid for one full year – you go into my payments/invoice section it shows I paid – Invoice # 137843 – Anti-spam for sites – Renew license
Extra package — Yes Dates 8/8/21 – 8/9/22 – I paid the $12Now, I have an invoice 896420 – Site Security Renew license Dates August 15th, 2021 – Valid until August 15th 2021 –
Even though my site is protected – the information isn’t recording – because of the newest invoice that is showing it was only valid until August 15th, 2021.
Actually I am pretty frustrated. I do not understand how I cannot speak to an accounts person to get this resolved. I have the paid version running on my website – yet the reports are for the invoice that expired August 15th 2021.
Please fix this immediately.
