New Total Theme update causing problems

    I just updated the Total Theme to the recently released update and my site appearance has changed significantly.

    The text and graphics appear without any customized alignment or columns etc.

    Could someone please have a look and let me know how this can be fixed?

    Good evening, I too have a similar problem. I have updated the Total theme to version 2.1.02 from version 1.1.8.7.
    The site is now all out of line in the menus and also in all the other components.
    Is there any way to avoid this?

    Hi,

    Please clear the cache if you are using any. If it still does not work then please reply back with your website URL. There should not be such problem with the latest releases of the theme.

    I cleared the cache with the ‘Wp Fastest Cache’ plugin but the site is still misaligned.

    I add that I use the child theme ver.1.1.8.4.

    Hi,

    I could not view your website because it is in Maintenace Mode.

    As you seem to be using the child theme, it is the cause of the issue. In our latest release, we had few drastic changes in the code so you might need to rewrite the child theme based on the latest changes.

    Yes, please recreate the child theme again or disable it.
