New to WP: Create Multiple sites inside main WP Site?

Hello everybody,

This is my first post on the WordPress Forums. I just started off learning how to use wordpress a few months ago after taking a new job as a graphic designer / Webmaster position with a Technology company. Their main website is built around HTML/CSS which I am very familiar with, but they also have another website for a small separate branch of the company which I am also in charge of managing. This other website is a wordpress website. The previous webamster had taught herself how to use WP, but only handed down the basics to me.

Here is the problem:
The website itself has a main page then I guess you would call several sub websites (not sure of the title) built inside of it that are exact theme/layout duplicates which are for the different countries they wanted to represent. On the main webpage they’re drop down menus on the top nav bar, one of them is called “countries”. This is where you would access the sub websites. If I go into the dashboard area > Network Admin > Sites: I would see the list of sub sites in the panel

Getting To The Point:
I was asked yesterday if I could create another one of theses duplicates sub sites for a new country page, since they are going to be moving business into another country. If any of this makes sense, how would I go about creating a new duplicate sub site?
