New to wordpress…Need Comment Help

    I know you can turn the comments off, but is there a way to turn off the mini footer at the end of your post? (it looks like this) “Posted in Uncategorized | Comments Off”

  • – go to presentation
    – go to theme editor
    – you see a list of file names on your right: click on comments
    – scroll down to the bottom of the coding, you’ll see “Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.” there. Erase that.
    – press update file (make sure your file is writable!)

    I hope that helps a bit.

    thank you. but it says it’s not writable… do you know what i can do to fix that?

    open index.php and delete
