New to wordpress [Trying to implement different levels of access]

Hi everyone,

I’m new to wordpress, so my apolgies it this seems to be a silly question. I am looking to make a website for a sports club. Members should be able to log in and edit their information. Also the general website pages should only display certain content based on if the user is logged in or not. When talking about ‘users’ here I am not talking about the users that can edit backend pages etc, i’m talking about members of the club that can edit their profiles.

Is there a plugin that already exists to do this? I have not been able to find it.
