New to WordPress, installed using Web PI 5

    Hello,
    I’ve decided to install wordpress to give it a try. I installed it using microsoft’s web PI. It installed with zero problems. But I also wanted to give it a go with Cherry Framework and when I try to install it it always returns “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
    My imediate idea was to check the PHP.ini file in wamp and change the filesize but then I remembered I used web PI so I am using IIS express right?
    How can I fix this?

    I didn’t have a php.ini in the wp-admin directory. I already got one and I still get the same message. I’ve even restarted the pc.

    No one? 18 hours and not even 1 answer? Really?

    I’ve tried installing through wamp, and when I get to step 2 I get a blank (white) page. Nothing displayed. Can anyone help?
