you can find the theme information in style.css of the site, if it is a WordPress site;

try using a tool such as Firebug https://getfirebug.com/

it seems to be custom made (or at least heavily modified) theme.

there is nothing extraordinary in that link which could not be done for instance by customizing the default theme Twenty Ten.
