new to Social Marketing plugin can't get it to work

    I just installed Social Marketing plugin, activated it, and checked (made green) the uncatagorized category for both Facebook and Twitter. 2 problems… FB won’t Hold the green category (it keeps switching back to black after I save it) and my latest post didn’t publish to either FB or Twitter. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi there Lorene —

    This usually happens if :

    1. you happen to install the plugin during one of those rare moments when we are upgrading our server.
    2. You also have to click on the “Save Changes” button after making the category changes.

    We just released a new plugin to work with wp 3.6 and we are constantly upgrading our server. So something that failed 1 day gets fixed the next day without having to upgrade your plugin.

    We are improving the plugin’s UI. So please let us know of any place where you are confused.

    since this error report was published, we fixed a large number of issues including potentially errors that could have caused this problem
