New To NexGen

  • Hello, I am brand new to nexgen and am trying to create a gallery…everytime I go to create a gallery it displays this message:Directory wp-content/gallery/ didn’t exist. Please create first the main gallery folder !

    of if I try to create a directory in the gallery path..it gives me a message that says it’s not writeable…

    Anybody have n e idea what I am doing wrong??

  • Set the permissions to the directory to writable using your FTP program. Most of them allow right clicking so try it. Right click on the directory and you’ll see there to set permissions. Set it for 777 and you should be good to do.
