new to contact 7

I am new to WordPress and even newer to contact 7. I put the plugin in and went to contact. I changed these things: [_site_admin_email] {email removed}

[contact-form-7 id=”dc82647″ title=”Contact Us”]

I have no email like this “[_site_title] wordpress@{removed}” do i need to create this email user?

if everything else is ok, how do i place this on a webpage, and should it work?
