New to building WordPress websites and have a couple questions

I am a dreamweaver user who recently decided to start using WP for my client. I am brand new to this and I have had a pretty hard time. I downloaded the Fresh&Clean theme by WPexplorer and I successfully put my homepage together. I thought I was on track but now I see that I am having a problem;

The theme allows you to create Posts, which then are posted to the homepage with a Thumbnail. When I click on the Thumbnail, it takes me to my Post, which has images for my other posts. What I would like to do is set it up where the vistor clicks on the Thumbnail or Post title and it takes me to a Page that I have created. Is this possible?
