New to blogging, Newsletter Question

  • Hello,

    I am new to blogging, I would like to add a newsletter to my blog but all the services I find are beyond what I am willing to pay. Can anyone recommend a plug-in or widget that may help me collect sign-ups but not leave me a victim of spam.

    Consider MailChimp.com. You can collect up to 500 signups and use full emailing functionality for free. Over 500, you’ll have to pay. But they’re very affordable and I like their service.

    Hi,

    If you just want to have a subscribers list and be able to email them your new posts you should consider using feedburner.
