New ticket page cannot be saved

  • We, as support agents can open new tickets inside WP admin but clients cannot because when I select the page with the block/shortcode in the plugin settings, the page isn’t saved in the settings and instead appears only a (inexistent) page called ‘Ninguna’ (none in English).
