    Hello Dear Support,

    i hope you are doing very well. i am just to know that i have installed SupportCandy in my E-Commerce website with Woocommerce plugin i am facing an issue is that when customer try to create a new ticket he/she is not able to select the Priority of ticket. system showing only default Priority which is (Low) how can customer select it self the Priority ?

    Hello,

    Please allow the priority field in your create ticket form. Go to Support > Custom Fields > Ticket Form Fields and edit priority field and change status to Enable.
